About The Meridian
The Meridian's Tribeca location sits just blocks from the original Washington Market, where New York's farm-to-table story began over a century ago. We honor that heritage with sourcing practices that would make our predecessors proud: direct relationships with family farms, seasonal menus that follow the harvest calendar, and a root cellar program that preserves peak-season ingredients for use throughout the year.
Tribeca guests appreciate the transparency of our sourcing.
