Our menu reads like a who's who of the region's best producers — Violet Hill Farm lamb, Breezy Hill Orchard apples, Peconic Gold oysters — and each ingredient is treated with the respect its provenance deserves.

The farm-to-table commitment in our SoHo location extends to our design and operations. Our tableware includes pieces from local ceramicists, our linens are sourced from a family textile mill in Vermont, and our cleaning products are biodegradable and locally made.
