Every week, our purchasing team coordinates deliveries from over forty regional producers — from Arcadian Farm's biodynamic vegetables to heritage-breed pork from a family operation in the Berkshires.

The farm-to-table commitment extends beyond the plate to our bar program, where house-made bitters, shrubs, and infusions showcase seasonal fruits and botanicals. Our cocktail menu changes quarterly to reflect available ingredients, and several signature drinks incorporate farm-direct elements like fresh herb syrups and pressed vegetable juices.
