The chef's tasting menu at The Meridian's West Village location is our most intimate offering. With just 48 seats and a limited number of chef's tasting reservations available each evening, the experience feels exclusive and deeply personal. Chef Bellamy often incorporates ingredients from his own kitchen garden into the menu, adding a level of provenance and care that reflects the West Village's connection to artisanal food culture.
The West Village chef's tasting unfolds at the pace of the evening. Early seatings tend to move with purpose, while later reservations allow for a more expansive journey. Both formats include amuse-bouches, palate cleansers, and a pre-dessert course that bridges the savory and sweet portions of the meal.
