The intimate 48-seat dining room allows Chef Bellamy to maintain personal oversight of every chef's tasting served, ensuring that the quality and creativity meet his exacting standards. Tables are spaced generously, creating private islands of conversation where each course can be savored without distraction.

The Tribeca chef's tasting menu often features ingredients that are too rare or limited for the à la carte menu — a three-pound wild striped bass, a single-origin olive oil from a harvest that yielded only 200 bottles, or a cheese that the affineur holds exclusively for restaurants of this caliber. These special ingredients become the centerpieces of courses that you simply cannot experience anywhere else.
