About The Meridian
The Meridian's Flatiron location brings dramatic energy to the chef's tasting menu format. The open kitchen and soaring industrial space create a theatrical backdrop for what is essentially a live performance — Chef Bellamy and his team composing an evening of food in real time. Guests seated at the chef's counter have a front-row view of this creative process, watching courses take shape just feet from their seats.
The Flatiron chef's tasting menu is also the best way to experience our reserve wine program. Sommelier Claire Dubois pairs each course with selections from our deepest cellar holdings, including aged Burgundies, rare Barolos, and library-vintage California Cabernets that represent the finest of American winemaking. The combined effect of exceptional food and extraordinary wine creates an evening that lingers in memory.
