Unlike the austere temples of haute cuisine, our tasting menu experience is designed to feel like an invitation into the chef's world — personal, spontaneous, and deeply satisfying.
Our Tribeca dining room seats just 48 guests, ensuring that every table receives individual attention. The tasting menu begins with a series of snacks served at the bar before moving to the dining room for the main courses. This progression through different spaces adds variety to the evening and allows our bar team to showcase their craft cocktail and aperitif program.
