As a tasting menu restaurant, The Meridian occupies a unique space in New York's culinary landscape. While many restaurants offer tasting menus as an option, it's the heart of what we do. Our kitchen is structured around the tasting format — every station, every prep list, every daily market run is oriented toward creating multi-course experiences that cohere into something greater than the sum of their parts.
Guests can choose between the five-course menu, which offers a concise survey of the season's highlights, or the seven-course journey, which explores deeper themes and includes more adventurous preparations. Both are available with wine pairings curated by our sommelier, and both conclude with Pastry Chef Amara Osei's extraordinary dessert compositions.
