The West Village has always been a place where great meals happen slowly, and The Meridian's seasonal tasting menu embraces that tempo. Courses arrive at intervals that allow for conversation, reflection, and the simple pleasure of anticipation. Chef Bellamy draws on the West Village's history as a gathering place for artists and thinkers, creating menus that reward attention and curiosity.
The tasting menu changes monthly and is never repeated — each iteration is a unique response to the season. Past highlights include a spring menu centered on ramps, fiddleheads, and soft-shell crab, and a winter menu featuring black truffle, celery root, and venison from a family farm in the Catskills.
