The seasonal tasting menu at The Meridian is our most complete expression of culinary craft. Updated monthly to reflect the rhythm of the growing season, each iteration tells a different story — spring brings delicate pea tendrils and morels, summer celebrates stone fruits and heirloom tomatoes, autumn deepens with squash and game, and winter warms with root vegetables and braises.
Every course is designed to build on the last, creating a cohesive arc from opening bite to final dessert. Wine pairings, selected by Sommelier Claire Dubois, are available for each menu and include both classic regions and adventurous discoveries. The tasting menu experience represents the most intimate way to experience Chef Bellamy's vision.
