Our purchasing relationships with Greenmarket vendors span years, giving us first access to limited-availability items like wild ramps, sunchokes, and heirloom tomato varieties grown exclusively for restaurants.
The Flatiron farm-to-table experience extends to our private dining and events program. Hosts can request menus built around specific farms or producers, creating themed dinners that celebrate the region's agricultural diversity. Past events have featured all-mushroom dinners in partnership with a Catskills forager and whole-hog dinners showcasing heritage breeds from a family ranch.
