Courses arrive at intervals that allow for conversation, reflection, and the simple pleasure of anticipation. Chef Bellamy draws on the West Village's history as a gathering place for artists and thinkers, creating menus that reward attention and curiosity.

The tasting menu changes monthly and is never repeated — each iteration is a unique response to the season. Past highlights include a spring menu centered on ramps, fiddleheads, and soft-shell crab, and a winter menu featuring black truffle, celery root, and venison from a family farm in the Catskills.
