The seasonal tasting menu has become The Meridian's signature offering for Manhattan diners seeking something beyond a standard dinner. Each month, Chef Bellamy and his team create a new menu from scratch, drawing on what's available at the Union Square Greenmarket, from our partnered CSA farms, and from specialty purveyors who hold their rarest finds for restaurants that will treat them with care.
The experience is designed for the curious and the adventurous. You'll encounter ingredients and techniques you might not choose from an à la carte menu — but that's the point. Our tasting menu guests consistently tell us they discovered flavors they never knew they loved. Available Tuesday through Saturday, with optional wine or non-alcoholic beverage pairings.
