Our SoHo location attracts a clientele that appreciates this holistic approach to dining. The tasting menu is available in five-course and seven-course formats, with both vegetarian and pescatarian adaptations available on request. Our sommelier's pairings often include surprising selections — a skin-contact Georgian wine, a bone-dry Alsatian riesling — that challenge expectations and open new flavor dialogues with the food.
