Our seasonal tasting menu draws inspiration from downtown Manhattan's tradition of culinary innovation. Rather than following trends, Chef Bellamy's monthly menus are driven by a simple question: what does this moment in the growing season make possible? The answer unfolds across five to seven courses that balance familiar comfort with genuine surprise.
The downtown dining room provides an intimate setting for the tasting experience, with tables spaced for conversation and a pace of service that allows each course to be savored. Guests who opt for the wine pairing will discover selections that complement and elevate each dish, including occasional pours of rare vintages from our cellar's reserve collection.
